Major roads in Najafgarh, Bindapur, ITO, Chhatarpur, and other parts of the city were submerged, severely affecting office commuters and school transportation. The Delhi airport has also reported delays, prompting airlines to issue travel advisories urging passengers to leave early and check traffic updates.

This situation highlights major gaps in the city’s drainage and urban planning systems. With more rain expected in the coming days, both citizens and authorities are advised to stay alert and prepared.
